Short wait time
Consultations are offered on the same day when available and within the same week for most requests. Intake paperwork is also sent out before your appointment to keep waiting room time low, typically 10 minutes or less.

We accept several insurances (Medicaid, BlueCross BlueShield, United Healthcare, and Sanford Health Plan) and have a generous Self-Pay Program. We believe in providing compassionate care for all and welcome everyone, regardless of their ability to pay.

Dr. Arnold
Dr. Thomas Arnold, a highly esteemed physician from Richardton, North Dakota, has dedicated three decades to providing exceptional Obstetrics & Gynecology care in the Dickinson area. As a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecologists (FACOG) and the American College of Surgeons (FACS), Dr. Arnold is recognized for his advanced training and extensive expertise in women’s health. Known for his kind, patient, and understanding demeanor, he meticulously listens to his patients and crafts customized care plans that align with their values and needs. Dr. Arnold has been the medical director of Connect since 2015, where he focuses on dignity-centered early OB care, gynecological dysfunctions, and infertility evaluations. Outside of his professional work, he engages with the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and treasures his role as a grandfather to his cherished grandchildren. Dr. Arnold’s compassionate approach and depth of knowledge make him a highly recommended choice for holistic women’s health care.
Rachael
Rachael Marshall is a compassionate and respected Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with years of critical care nursing experience. Having earned her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Dickinson State University and her Master’s from Walden University, Rachael has been a certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2021.
Her holistic approach to dignity-centered healthcare is both integrative and personalized, blending traditional and alternative practices to address the root causes of health issues. Known for her approachable and friendly demeanor, Rachael creates a welcoming environment where patients feel heard and understood. She excels in developing customized care plans that reflect her patients’ individual values and needs.
Outside of her professional life, Rachael enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, and relaxing by the lake. Her love for dance parties, perfect vacuum lines, and witty one-liners adds a unique and light-hearted touch to her caring and professional presence.

Elaina came to Connect Medical seeking help and support as a first-time mom. She and her husband had recently moved to Dickinson from Alaska and were still recovering financially from the relocation. Having a baby was not in their plans; the couple didn’t even have health insurance yet. When they heard about Connect through a colleague, they reached out and were able to get the pregnancy confirmation and resources they needed to make healthy steps forward.
